Hi darlings!

The bags have all reached my place yesterday, and they're all in good condition. We will be posting out the parcels next next Monday, as we will be taking a one week break due to the Chinese New Year holidays. 2) Batch 2 of bags have arrived (26 Jan 2010) and have been posted out (28 Jan 2010)! :)

3) Orders of batch 3 have been submitted, estimated arrival before CNY.

Below are the postage charges for Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah & Sarawak. For reference each bags weights about 600g (0.6kg).

Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia)

(Postage depends on the weight of each bag. Some bags are slightly heavier than the others.)

RM7 = 1 bag

*Additional RM1 for every additional bag.

*Meet-ups can be discussed and arranged where I will personally hand over the item you ordered to you (yes, you don’t have to wait for it in the mail) but charges depend on the area (don’t worry, it isn’t that expensive).

Sabah & Sarawak (East Malaysia)

We will use Pos Malaysia's Airmail as our agent sending to Sabah & Sarawak. Target date receive is 1 week. Do email us for further details.

Refund / Stock Exchange

*We offer 100% refund for all out of stock products. But we do not allow refund when the stock is placed at our supplier.

*Item exchange on received products are only for manufacturing FAULTY (such as zip, belt and serious surface faulty). Please note that exchange item will only be replaced by the same product, unless said product is out-of-stock then we will either allow to be replaced with other product with same value or offering a refund.

*All Refund / Stock Exchange are VALID ONLY for 3 days upon receiving of your product.

Please be informed that we DO NOT ALLOW refund / stock exchange to be made due to the following circumstances:

Hello and welcome to Lynnelle's Pre-Order!

Here at Lynnelle's, we do pre-orders for clothes, bags, shoes and accessories that are imported from overseas. This means that I will only order the item only if the buyer has confirmed her order with full payment. Items will be shipped from overseas, and therefore takes a little longer time to arrive, which is about 4 weeks.
