*Please place your orders only if you are willing to wait.

*Orders will be placed only if payment has been made in full.

* Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

*In the unfortunate event where the item you ordered is not available anymore, a full refund will be made to the buyer.

*Buying is at the buyer's own risk. Exchanges and refunds are not allowed except in cases of measurement discrepancies of more than 5cm, and clearly visible stains or defects.

*Sometimes shipment might be delayed due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances as we are ordering the goods from overseas.

Product Availability

We cannot guarantee the product availability even after the order is placed. This is due to our supplier practice first come first serve policy. Our best practice is to refund the amount to the customer in the event that your purchased items cannot be fulfilled.

Images and Actual Products

Please note that actual items might slightly differ from the images provided due to different computer's resolution. Additionally the colour mixture, material used during the manufacturing process might also result in a different built compared to the photo published on our website. All photo published on our website are ONLY FOR REFERENCE purposes.

Pre-order

4 to 6 weeks from the nearest order closing date and subject to the courier arrangement. Late orders will be deferred to next closing date.

Payment

We will only process your order after upon receiving the full payment. Payment has to be made within 3 days or your order will be cancelled. Total amount should include total order amount + total postage charges.

Refund / Stock Exchange

*We offer 100% refund for all out of stock products. But we do not allow refund when the stock is placed at our supplier.

*Item exchange on received products are only for manufacturing FAULTY (such as zip, belt and serious surface faulty). Please note that exchange item will only be replaced by the same product, unless said product is out-of-stock then we will either allow to be replaced with other product with same value or offering a refund.

*All Refund / Stock Exchange are VALID ONLY for 3 days upon receiving of your product.

Please be informed that we DO NOT ALLOW refund / stock exchange to be made due to the following circumstances:

- The product you received is different from the photo in terms of its color, accessories and material used.

- The product you received has slight workmanship error such as sewing, cutting, joining, scratching, watermarking and improper dyeing.

- Buyers are to bear all returned items shipping cost.

Others

In case of any incident happened such as out-of-stock, wrong model or delay in delivery, customer will be informed and advised on the next expected delivery date.
